We would like to inform you that on October 30, 2025 a significant change in the ownership structure of AMiT Automation took place. The company has passed into the hands of two long-standing members of the management - Aleš Krutina and Petr Kašík, who have been involved in its technical, commercial and strategic direction for many years.
This step is a natural continuation of the more than 30-year history of the AMiT brand and a confirmation of confidence in our own team and Czech technological know-how. The strategy for the next period is to maintain the tradition of quality development and production of Czech electronics, while moving the company towards modern trends of automation, digitalization and system integration. Under the leadership of the new owners, AMiT Automation will further strengthen its partnerships with Czech and foreign companies, expand its product portfolio and strive to increase the technical quality and user value of its solutions.
At the same time, we would like to inform you of a change in the company's billing address, effective from 30 October 2025:
